Concrete wall preparation

Untreated concrete is a hugely absorbent material. The best solution before installing liquid wallpaper is to treat the concrete surface at least twice with SILK PLASTER primer. If the substrate crumbles or peels heavily, the concrete surface must be leveled before treatment with the primer.
